Steps to Return an Item
- Get In Touch – Email info@chloe-mall.com with your order details, return reason, and any supporting photos if applicable. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
- Get Return Instructions – Once approved, we will send return instructions (return address included).
- Package & Ship the Item – Customers bear the return shipping cost. A tracked shipping method is recommended.


Refund Process
After verifying the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant (size, model, etc.), follow these steps:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Order Cancellations

We will try our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already entered processing or shipping, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may return the item upon delivery following our return procedure.
