Return and Refund Policy

Key Information:

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any fees for returns.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Process
No matter the reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the items. After this period, we won't accept the returns anymore. To start the return process, send us an email at info@chloe-mall.com and you will receive a more detailed information. Make sure that the items you want to return are unused, unwashed and with all the original tags attached. Before sending them back to us, please pack them carefully and use a reliable courier, so that the package won't get lost. Bear in mind that you are responsible to cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process
After verifying the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed. We won't charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant (size, model, etc.), contact us at info@chloe-mall.com with your order details and exchange request. We will then guide you through the exchange process. Bear in mind that you can only exchange an unused item within 30 days of receiving the order.

Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may change, requiring order cancellations. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us promptly at info@chloe-mall.com. We will make every effort to cancel the order before processing and dispatch. However, once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations or modifications will no longer be possible. In such cases, our return process must be followed once the item is delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While we take great care in packaging and verifying orders before shipment, mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please capture clear photos of the issue, including any packaging damage or defects, and email them to us at info@chloe-mall.com. We will carefully review your case and ensure a replacement or the correct item is sent to you as soon as possible. Our goal is to resolve any issues efficiently and provide you with a positive shopping experience.
